For a bat most have never heard of, we think Mizuno's BBCOR Hot Metal is as good as single piece alloys come. It has a good-sized barrel, a nice and slightly above average swing weight, and performs as well as any BBCOR on the market. The StringKing BBCOR Metal is a single-piece alloy bat with a stiff feel, balanced swing, and decent sized barrel. For the price, it really can't be beaten. It's a sub $100 BBCOR bat that can hit balls about as hard as anything else. It's basic design, good grip and barrel profile make a real legitimate option for anyone in the BBCOR value game.
